B.ED 1.5 Years (Regular)
After submitting the online form, a hard copy of the printed admission form along with the required documents must be submitted to the respective department courier/by hand within the due date.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION IN Government College Women’s University Sialkot
For Ph.D.:
- Candidates with 18 years of education are eligible to apply to Ph.D. programs.
- The minimum marks/grade for admission to Ph.D. will b as follows:
- For semester system: CGPA 3.00/4.00 in a terminal degree
- In the case where the total CGPA is 5.00, University shall calculate the obtained CGPA as per HEC Criteria.
- For the Annual system, at least 1st division in terminal degree.
- For the semester system where CGPA is not mentioned on the terminal degree, 70% marks are required.
- In cases where CGPA & percentage of marks are mentioned then CGPA shall be preferred.
- Candidate shall have to secure at least 70% marks in the university entry test & 50% from the interview.
For B.ED:
- Candidate with 16 years of education is eligible to apply to the B.ED program.
- The minimum marks/grade for admission in B.ED will e as follows:
- For semester system: CGPA 2.50/4.00 in terminal degree.
- In the case where the total CGPA is 5.00, University shall calculate the obtained CGPA as per HEC Criteria
- For Annual System, at least 2nd division in terminal degree.
- In cases where CGPA is not mentioned, 60% marks are required.
- In cases, where both CGPA & Percentage of marks are mentioned then CGPA shall be preferred.
